Webinar - The Benefits, Opportunities, and Challenges of Coaching in Professional Contexts

Henley Alumni Global Knowledge Webinar - The Benefits, Opportunities, and Challenges of Coaching in Professional Contexts on Wednesday 30 November

This webinar was hosted by Dr Christian van Nieuwerburgh, Executive Director, Centre for Coaching & Behavioural Change at Henley Business School.

Executive coaching has been defined as a conversational process that leads to a change of thinking or behaviour with the aim of improving outcomes in professional contexts. If this is the case, how can we use coaching effectively in business environments? What are the proposed benefits of implementing coaching initiatives? Does the type of professional context make a difference? What are the most significant challenges or questions facing organisations that are implementing coaching cultures?

In this webinar, Christian explored some of these questions further based on his own professional practice and current research within the field. Participants had the opportunity to reflect on the implications of some of these questions on their own practice or professional contexts.
