Closer working ties between Kazakhstan and Henley Business School

On 23rd May 2013 in Astana, Professor Yelena Kalyuzhnova, Vice Dean (International), Henley Business School, met Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Kairat Kelimbetov.

Professor Kalyuzhnova took part in The Astana Economic Forum, an annual international and regional platform for dialogue among more than eight thousand delegates from one hundred countries, including CEOs, politicians, journalists, scientists and Nobel Prize laureates. At this year's event, Professor Kalyuzhnova represented Henley Business School and the Centre for Euro-Asian Studies. After making a presentation, she signed an important Memorandum of Understanding between the School and the Academy which defines new possibilities for future co-operation between the two institutions.

The Kazakhstan Academy of Public Administration is a not-for-profit organisation headquartered in Astana, Kazakhstan, under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It was set up by the Government of Kazakhstan in 2008.

Meeting with Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan

Yelena-and-Kazakh-PMOn 23rd May 2013 in Astana, Professor Yelena Kalyuzhnova, Vice Dean (International), Henley Business School, met Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Kairat Kelimbetov. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss both current and planned work that the Henley Centre for Euro-Asian Studies is undertaking in Kazakhstan, and to develop potential new ideas.
