Jane Batchelor wins Award for Outstanding Contribution

Jane Batchelor - Real Estate & Planning's Careers Development Advisor - has won a Reading University Students' Union Award for Outstanding Contributions to Teaching and Learning.

Jane Batchelor - Real Estate & Planning's Careers Development Advisor - has won a Reading University Students' Union Award for Outstanding Contributions to Teaching and Learning. These are student-led awards for staff across the University and aim to highlight and reward people who go above and beyond the call of duty to improve students' experiences whilst studying at Reading. RUSU only make one award each year to a member of support staff, so we are very pleased that Jane's exceptional contribution has been recognised and voted for by students. Not only that, but this is the second consecutive year that Jane has won the award! Professor Peter Byrne, Head of the School of Real Estate & Planning, added "We would all be insanely jealous of Jane's repeated success, except that all her colleagues in RE&P know that this achievement is totally justified by her whole hearted commitment to helping our students at a crucial stage in their lives. Well done Jane - again!'
