Yelena Kalyuzhnova delivered keynote speech on China - Kazakhstan Energy Partnership

Research links On December 9, 2013 Professor Yelena Kalyuzhnova, Director of the Centre for Euro-Asian Studies (CEAS) delivered the keynote speech on China –Kazakhstan Energy Partnership at the International Conference “Central Asia: Its Role in the World Energy Market” which was organised by the Institute of World Economy and International Relations of Russian Academy of Science (IMEMO) and Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (with whom Henley Business School signed a Memorandum of Understanding) in Moscow, Russia. She delivered the keynote speech on China –Kazakhstan Energy Partnership. In his Commentary Professor Stalislav Zhukov Director of Centre of Energy Studies of IMEMO stated that the topic of energy cooperation between Central Asia and China is becoming more and more important in the contemporary energy studies. In her concluding remarks Professor Kalyuzhnova explained about the research which CEAS conducts regarding energy relations between China and Kazakhstan.
