JMCR - Positive Organisations Changing Behaviour for Good Symposium, Cape Town South Africa

On March 10th 2014 members of the John Madejski Centre for Reputation (JMCR) ran a one day research symposium in Cape Town South Africa in association with colleagues from the University of the Western Cape. The theme of the symposium was research and practice in the field of positive organizations, as part of the JMCR's Changing Behaviour for Good programme of research.

On March 10th 2014 Dr Carola Hillenbrand and Professor Kevin Money of the John Madejski Centre for Reputation (JMCR) ran a one day research symposium in Cape Town South Africa in association with colleagues from the University of the Western Cape. The theme of the symposium was research and practice in the field of positive organizations, as part of the JMCR's Changing Behaviour for Good programme of research.

Topics covered included work engagement, psychological capital, and building resilience in the workplace. Attendees were drawn from a range of South African and international academic institutions, and activities on the day included research presentations, working groups and a panel discussion.
