Henley challenges US domination of Economist MBA rankings

Henley Business School has been recognised with a significant improvement in its position, stepping up nine places worldwide to number 36 and remaining strongly placed in the top 10 best schools in Europe.

In a ranking traditionally dominated by the big US schools, Henley Business School has been recognised with a significant improvement in its position, stepping up nine places worldwide to number 36 and remaining strongly placed in the top 10 best schools in Europe.

Henley scores impressively well in the following criteria used by the Economist to compare schools:

Top 5 worldwide position for student quality – as measured in part by the work and management experience students bring to their cohort and is a fundamental ingredient in the syndicated learning method pioneered by Henley: the quality of learning at Henley is enhanced through a diverse group of students sharing their considerable and varied experiences and cultural differences.

Number 12 in the world for strength of network – Henley’s alumni network now numbers in excess of 60,000 in 150 countries and has been developed over its 70 year history. It is a truly unique resource drawn upon by students and graduates to connect with new opportunities for academic and career development throughout their lives.

Salary increase is a key factor used when judging the return on an MBA’s investment, so now positioned at number 17 in the world for percentage increase in salary on graduation, is really good news for Henley graduates.

The quality of programme content is placed in the world’s top 20 and reflects the improvements in innovation and enterprise that continue being made to the Henley MBA portfolio.
