Harriet Kirk, Careers Consultant for Business & Management students, and Lewis Sargeant, a final year undergraduate Business & Management student, have been shortlisted as finalists in the National Undergraduate Employability Awards 2016.

Celebrating its 7th year in 2016, the awards have grown in reputation within the industry and are the only awards in the undergraduate space. They celebrate the contributions of university employees, students and organisations in the undergraduate employability market.

Harriet has been nominated for the 'Outstanding Contribution to Work Experience' category, which celebrates the contributions of individual university employees who have provided invaluable support to students in applying for, and making the most of, work experience opportunities.

Lewis has been shortlisted for the 'Best Student Contribution to Small/Medium sized Enterprise', following his placement with Positiv, part of Quench Worldwide drinks company. This category recognises students who have exceeded expectations and made a significant impact to the SME they did work experience at.

This year's results will be announced at an awards ceremony on Friday 12 February 2016. For more information, visit the National Undergraduate Employability awards website.
