REP Visiting Professor, Alex Moss, publishes research on the blended approach to real estate allocations

Alex Moss is the founder of Consilia Capital, a London-based research and advisory firm, Chairman of the Investment Committee for the Investec GSF Global Real Estate Securities Fund, and a Visiting Professor at Real Estate and Planning University of Reading.
Alex Moss, Visiting Professor in Real Estate & Planning, has had research published in the EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association) newsletter. Over the last five years there has been an increase in interest in combining listed securities and unlisted funds together in a real estate allocation – the ‘blended’ approach and Alex's research focusses on German pension funds and listed real estate.
