Sarah Mitchell, a PhD Researcher won the best competitive paper prize (Brand Identity and Reputation) at this year’s Academy of Marketing conference. Sarah’s research examines the role of brand in the not for profit sector. This paper examined the role of metaphor to help charities gain insight into their brands in a timely and cost effective way.
