We were delighted to receive a 'Milestone Award' to mark our 70th Anniversary at the Association of MBAs (AMBA) Global Conference earlier this year. The award is given to business schools celebrating a special anniversary and recognises the continued success of AMBA-accredited institutions.
The award was collected by Professor Ginny Gibson, Deputy Dean, in front of more than 180 business school Deans, MBA Directors and their equivalents from around the world and highlights Henley’s status as one of the world’s oldest business schools.
For any institution to operate for 70 years is an achievement, for one to have evolved, survived and thrived through challenges and changes is something well worth commemorating and we are pleased that this has been recognised by AMBA.
Although looking back is important, to learn from the past and remember what makes the Business School uniquely ‘Henley’, our focus is firmly fixed on the future and how we can continue to innovate, succeed and help shape the future of business for the next 70 years and beyond.
