Dr Angelique Chettiparamb who has been appointed Series Editor for a new research series by Edward Elgar Publishing.

Dr Angelique Chettiparamb, Real Estate & Planning's Director of Studies, has been appointed Series Editor for a new research series by Edward Elgar Publishing. Angelique, together with Dr Huw Thomas from Cardiff University, will edited the series titled ‘Research Agendas for Spatial Interventions’; a series of books which outline futures for research associated with spatial thinking, spatial analysis and interventions in shaping and managing space on specific topics.

Each book is an edited collection of around seven or eight chapters exploring different viewpoints and constitutes an informed conversation on the future of a specific topic. The editors are experienced academics who have developed an overview of the trajectory of research in that particular area, and significant schools of thought within it. Each collection amounts to a map of multiple ways in which understandings of a topic or subject area may be explored and further developed.
