At the Henley Business School Africa Family Friendly April event, a regular workshop to provide students and their families with tools to communicate successfully in support of the student and their families, Helene Smit, a facilitator of people processes in organisations, says that the way individuals take up roles in a group can be either constructive or destructive, depending on how these roles are managed.
