On 7th March, Alan Donegan made a returning visit to the Business School to host the Entrepreneurship Societies 'Pitch Perfect' event. Alan is a stand-up comedian, award winning entrepreneur and Founder of the Pop-up Business School.

During the interactive workshop, the audience learned how to make a powerful start to the pitch by asking questions, telling stories about the product, and quoting statistics and facts.

Alan taught that one way to give affirmation to one's pitch is to make statements. To create a strong impact students learned to use the tone of their voice, body language and word must have congruence.

Most importantly, as Alan said "Sell the end results!"
