REP student receives prize from Tenant Farmers Association
13 May 2016
Congratulations to Martin Borley, who is pictured here receiving the Tenant Farmers Association sponsored prize for his essay on Farm Business Tenancies from George Dunn, Chief Executive of the TFA. Martin is on our MSc Rural Land and Business Management programme and his essay was on Farm Business Tenancies and the TFA’s current FBT 10+ campaign.
George Dunn said, "The TFA was delighted that the students were given an assignment focusing on our campaign for longer tenancies and pleased that the University accepted our offer of a cash prize for the best essay as assessed by the tutors. I was impressed with the breadth and depth of the Martin's essay. It contained many good ideas which will give us food for thought and is an excellent contribution to the debate." The full text of the essay is available on the TFA campaign website.
