PhD Student Phatcharasiri Ratcharak Wins Best Paper Award at British Academy of Management

Phatcharasiri Ratcharak, a PhD student in Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour at Henley Business School, has won the Best Developmental Paper Award from the “Leadership and Leadership Development” track at the 31st annual conference of British Academy of Management (BAM).

Held at Warwick Business School from 5-7 September 2017, the conference attracted guests from over a dozen countries. Phatcharasiri’s paper, co-authored by Dr Bernd Vogel and Dr Dimitrios Spyridonidis and titled ‘The Outcome of Leadership Identity Work: Mixed Effects of Emotional Labour on Healthcare Professional Manager Well-being’, was extremely well received.
