Real Estate & Planning PhD student, Tessa Lynn, has produced a briefing paper to be presented at the Public Policy Exchange event in London tomorrow.

The event will focus on Protecting Assets of Community Value and look specifically at the importance of Public Houses. Tessa’s paper discusses the reform to the Community Right to Bid (CRtBid) and the protection of public houses and is related to research funded by the ESRC as part of her PhD study.

The Public Policy Exchange holds regular interactive seminars which provide an invaluable interface for policy discussion, debate and networking. The events offer local practitioners, civil servants and other stakeholders not only an insight into current policy thinking, but also the opportunity to feed into future policy development across all areas of public policy.
