Real Estate & Planning's second year undergraduate students took part in a Dragons' Den event last week, working in groups and pitching their ideas for a property-related business to our fierce but fair Dragons!
Ideas included a scannable business card, an app to help users save on their energy bills and a virtual reality tool that would allow developers to "view" development concepts while out on a site. Our Dragons were impressed by the standard of both the ideas and the presentations and had a hard time selecting the winners. It was eventually announced that groups 1 and 20 were the winners so congratulations to Henry Gore, Jia Lin Chong, Timothy Francis, Elizabeth Mason-Jones, Kathryn Andrew, Samuel Coughtrie, Jack Firminger, Thomas Harris and Dominic Jackson.
Many thanks to our Dragons: Andrew Baum, David Duvall, Susie Gray, Andrew Manning, Jurek Sikorski and Bob Thompson.
