Heads Together and Row train at Henley

Heads Together and Row train at Henley Business School

Heads Together and Row brought their boat to Henley Business School for a training session on the river.

The crew, who will attempt the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge in December in aid of mental health charities, set off from the slipway in Henley town centre on Saturday 10 March and rowed down river to the Greenlands.

The weekend allowed them to practice their routines on the boat, including testing out their food rations for the challenge, and also to take part in some filming and photo opportunities.

On the Sunday they met with Dr Caroline Rook, Lecturer in Leadership at Henley, who will be working with them on a research study before, during and after the race, looking at individual and team resilience.
