Prof Chris Brewster receives an International HRM Scholarly Research Award

Congratulations to Prof Chris Brewster for winning an International HRM Scholarly Research award for the most significant paper in the field of IHRM. The winning paper is titled: “The effects of market economy type and foreign MNE subsidiaries on the convergence and divergence of HRM”, published in Journal of International Business Studies, 48(9), 1065-1086, and co-authored with Elaine Farndale (Penn State University), Paul E.M Lightart (Radboud University) and Erik Poutsma (Radboud University).
