The IBS faculty present a paper at the Economic History Association meeting in Canada, September 2018

Prof James Walker and Prof Peter Scott presented a paper titled: Income pooling as household risk-reduction strategy: evidence for mid-twentieth century Britain, co-authored with Ian Gazely (University of Sussex), and Andrew Newell (University of Sussex) at the annual meeting of the Economic History Association in Montreal, Canada, September 2018. The conference theme was: ‘From Plague, Famine, and War, Save us, O Lord’ Shocks and Disasters in Economic History.’
