Anne Crowley-Vigneau is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour.

Her research interests cover local content policy, transnational co-operation and governmental business policy.

Anne has several qualifications, with the most significant being an MA in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po (France) and MGIMO (Russia). Additionally, in 2006 she earned a BA in Politics, Economics and Law from Sciences Po and in 2003 she achieved a Baccalaureat Literature degree from the Albert Le Grand School Bordeaux, France.
