Professor David Parker is an internationally recognised property industry expert and highly regarded property academic, being a director of and adviser to property investment groups including listed real estate investment trusts (REITs), unlisted funds, property syndicates and private property businesses.
David is the Professor of Property at the University of South Australia, Chairman of Equiti Capital Limited, an Acting Commissioner of the NSW Land and Environment Court and a regular expert witness on property funds management and property valuation matters in the Federal Court and the Supreme Court.
David has held senior positions in property funds management with ANZ Funds Management, Suncorp Investment Management Limited and Schroders Property Fund as well as positions with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Morningstar
