Dr. Outi Lundahl aims to understand the role of (social) media, algorithms, (digital) marketing and influencers in shaping consumer culture. Additionally, she is interested in sustainability, veganism and consumer wellbeing.
After having completed my PhD in Marketing at the University of Vaasa, I spent my early career in the Netherlands. My research focuses on understanding the role of (social) media in shaping consumer culture, consumer welfare and sustainability.
