Dr Yang Stephanie Liu is currently Lecturer in Accounting at Henley Business School.

She became ACCA Affiliate by the time when she finished her first degree. She completed her PhD in Accounting at University of Reading. Prior to joining University of Reading, she had been lecturer at Keele University, teaching management accounting and financial accounting. She has longstanding interests in corporate governance, accountability and corporate social and environmental responsibility. Her current research focuses on corporate climate change related issues, how companies use climate change related disclosure in response to social agendas, what corporate climate change disclosure strategies are, and how these disclosures relate to corporate financial performance and other firm characteristics.
