Gavin Thompson is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour.
His research interests include leadership and economic policy, with a particular focus on the armed forces.
Alongside his studies, Gavin is the UK Defence Advisor in New Dehli for the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
In 2002 Gavin was awarded an MA in Military Studies from Kings College London. His prior academic achievements include an MA in Military Studies from Cranfield University in 2001 and a BA in History and Politics from the University of Keele in 1992.
