Khowlah Al-Sultan is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour.

Khowlah's research interests focus on entrepreneurship and human resources management. She has teaching experience of Organisation Behavior and International Business courses at Saudi Arabia's Imam University.

She obtained an MBA in 2016 from the Satish and Yasmin Gupta College of Business at the University of Dallas, USA. Previously she also earned a BSc in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from the Fisher College of Business of Ohio State University, USA.
