Niloofar Borghei Razavi is a doctoral candidate in Marketing and Reputation at Henley Business School.

She holds a BSc in Business Economics from Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran, Iran and an MSc with distinction in Marketing & International Management from Henley Business School, University of Reading in the United Kingdom.

Niloofar is interested in topics such as customer engagement, customer rage and sabotage behaviours, service management and healthcare/transformational service research. Applying a mixed-methods approach, in her PhD thesis she is investigating the relationship between organisational climate for service and healthcare customer’s negative emotions and behaviours towards private healthcare organisations.
