Olivia Banya is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour.
Olivia has a range of research interests, from corporate strategy and leadership to entrepreneurship, governance, change management, energy, gender and children and organisational development. Her research is focused mainly in Africa and the Middle East regions.
She gained her MSc in HR International Devlopment from the University of Manchester in 2009. Her BSc in Organisational Psychology, Labour and HR was earned from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, in 2007.
