  • An Investigation of Entrepreneurship Learning Through High School Curriculum Development: a South Africa Perspective

Pearl Motha is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour.

Her main areas of research interest are entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship strategies, creation of entrepreneurial corporations and curriculum development.

Pearl's qualifications include an MSc in Business and Management Research in 2021 and an Executive MBA in 2017, both from Henley Business School. Her MBA research was on entrepreneurship venture failure and her MSc research was on entrepreneurship curriculum development for South African high schools, which she has continued in her PhD. She also earned a bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology and Marketing Communications from the University of South Africa and has 21 years of work experience in various corporate leadership roles and entrepreneurship.
