Biography

Dan Zhou joined Business Informatics, Systems and Accounting in 2016. Prior to this she worked as teaching assistant/associate staff at the Department of Finance at Birmingham Business School where she was awarded her PhD in Accounting and Finance.

Her current research areas include Private Equity/Venture Capital, Management Buyouts, Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, and Disclosure.
