Biography

Elizabeth works across Henley Business School in the areas of Organisational Behaviour, Personal Development and Coaching and Human Resources Management. She teaches on MBA and Corporate programmes at Greenlands Campus as well as on Masters programmes at the University's Whiteknights Campus. She is a member of the British Academy of Management's Special Interest Group in Knowledge Management Learning.

Corporate Activity

Elizabeth is a regular contributor to corporate programmes and forums. Prior to joining academia she worked with the Hay Group in a consulting role, with a specialism in the area of performance management.
