Biography

As Executive Director of HAINA, Dr Liu has responsibility for the day-to-day operation, strategic direction, product portfolio and continued business development of education and training activities. HAINA is a joint academy of excellence between University Reading Henley Business School and Huawei Technologies. It focuses on professional education, certification training, and research innovation. Leo specialises in business process modelling and alignment, cloud computing and data management, business services, and communication technologies. He works interactively with cooperates for research projects in healthcare, education, and smart cities.

 

Originally trained as an IT consultant, Leo is an experienced lecture with a passion for helping professionals and university students succeed by developing practical skills in technologies. Leo has an PhD and teaching qualifications of technologies certified by industry. His research interests and publications span from business process alignment, information sharing, co-design of business and IT systems, pervasive informatics, and intelligent spaces for working and living.
