Nuno is a Lecturer in HR and Organisational Behaviour at the University of Southampton Business School in the UK and an Associate at ReputationInc, an international management consultancy based in London, where he specialises in internal reputation and employee engagement.  His main research interest is the role of employees in corporate reputation and the link between organisational climate and employee attitudes and behaviour.  Nuno obtained his PhD in Organisational Behaviour from Henley Business School in 2013 – the thesis investigates the antecedents and consequences of corporate reputation with employees and adopts an ‘emotional lens’ through which to view the organisation and its management.  He has published in both academic journals and practitioner media and presented at various international conferences in the fields of organisational behaviour and corporate reputation.  Previously, Nuno worked in corporate communications and stakeholder management for a range of organisations, including Aviva, Clifford Chance, Smithfield, European Banking Federation and J P Morgan.  He was formerly a Research Fellow in the John Madejski Centre for Reputation at Henley Business School and taught on the Reputation & Relationships module of the Henley MBA programme.  Nuno currently supervises Henley MBA programme members in their final year projects.  He is a qualified executive coach and a member of the British Psychological Society
