Biography

Richard is currently Subject Area Leader for the Managing People module on the Henley MBA, having previously been Head of the Post-Experience Postgraduate programme area at Henley Business School and having undertaken Programme Director roles for the Henley DBA and for Distance Learning and consortium MBA programmes at Henley. He also teaches on the coaching and MSc/DBA programmes. Prior to joining Henley, Richard had 17 years of experience working in the financial services sector in various operational, business development and training and development roles. His experience includes project managing the merger of two financial services organisations, the setting up of an offshore banking subsidiary and also implementing competence development and coaching and mentoring programmes.
