Edna began coaching in 1999, trained with CoachU, and graduated in 2003. She had been a practising supervisor – working with senior
managers and psychotherapists – since 1991. Before that, she enjoyed an interesting, diverse career, including time spent in education, and as a careers advisor, stress management consultant, businesswoman, psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. In 1999, she pioneered the practice of supervision for coaches in the UK, establishing ‘Supervisionon-Call’ and developing the Coaching Supervision Academy (CSA).
Edna is Course Director for the ICF-approved CSA Diploma in Coaching Supervision which is now offering courses in UK, France and Australia. Edna also runs live coaching supervision groups in Sussex. She supervises executive and personal coaches, psychotherapists, and senior managers, both individually and in groups. She also work as a supervisor for coaching companies (e.g. Full Potential Group, Hanover Foundations, DBM) and for specific coaching groups and coaching projects. She is also a renowned speaker, and regularly gives presentations on coaching supervision.
