Graham is the lead Careers Consultant for the Business, Accounting and Information Management Masters students at Henley Business School. He works with academics on employability with areas, courses and modules, designing and delivering careers interventions that meet the needs of these particular students, and coaching on a one-to-one basis. He leads on careers support for alumni, and has a keen interest the support for students who want to work outside the UK, during or, after their time at Henley.
Graham previously supported the Finance students in the ICMA Centre, amassing considerable knowledge in this area. Prior to his current career, he spent 13 years in corporate HR roles, from graduate recruitment and development to employment law and projects, to process design and IT systems.
Graham has a PG Diploma in Careers Guidance from Warwick University and a PGCert in Coaching from Henley Business School.
