Lisa supports finance students in the ICMA Centre in their careers and professional development. Working with academics, Lisa designs and delivers careers programmes to empower students in their career options. Originally from Singapore, Lisa experienced life in the UK as an international student with University of Warwick where she graduated with a Distinction in MA Career Development and Coaching Studies. After which she worked as a Careers Consultant at the London School of Economics and Political Science before joining the team at Henley.
Prior to her current career, Lisa worked in various industry roles ranging from consulting, banking and healthcare. Her interest in helping others in their careers started when she was managing a large team in an outpatient clinic and laboratory while ensuring strategic operations in the hospital run smoothly. She decided to move into careers advisory with the Business School at National University of Singapore, supporting undergraduates and MBAs in their career development before her move to the UK. Lisa also holds a Bachelor of Business Management with a double major in Finance and Accounting from the Singapore Management University.
