Melanie’s doctoral research is specialised in strategic decision-making of overseas investors in commercial real estate investment and the evolution of CRE market structure. The primary research focuses on US and UK CRE markets. During the doctoral study, Melanie contributed tutorial teaching in multiple modules in real estate finance and portfolio management.

As a book lover, Melanie is also a volunteer of Oxfam Reading Bookshop.
