Posi Olatubosun is an experienced lecturer, auditor and investment banker with special interest in corporate governance and project finance involving the arrangement and negotiating of large financial transactions in long term debts and equities for large corporations in developing countries. He had hitherto been a capital market consultant, and he has acquired valuable experience in dynamic balance sheet management, valuation of companies, negotiating purchase and sale of companies, mergers and acquisitions, and recommending optimal capital plans to executive directors of client companies. He also has vast experience in banking operations, compliance and internal audit, as well as financial control activities in commercial banking. Posi is currently researching with Prof Jill Solomon on the role of institutional investors and SWF organisations (via the UNPRI and the Stewardship Codes) in improving shareholder engagement on Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) issues in the UK.
