Sarah Leach is a Lecturer in Coaching at Henley Business School. She is part of the Henley Centre for Coaching and runs her own coaching practice as an Executive Career and Life Coach, with ten years of corporate experience in the utility sector, leading and enabling business change.
She teaches on the Professional Certificate in Coaching and the Neuroscience and Psychology Module of the MSC in Coaching and Behavioural Change. Previously Sarah spent four years as a senior member of the Henley Careers and Professional Development team, responsible for the design and delivery of the EMBA Careers, Leadership and Professional Development Programme, providing one to one career coaching and professional development workshops as part of the MBA curriculum.
Sarah's own coaching business focuses on managing business change, including successfully enabling teams and individuals to navigate the politics involved in cultural and business integration. Sarah enjoys working with mid to senior level executives and is passionate about helping individuals realise their potential to enable personal and professional growth, clarity of purpose, conscious choice and purposeful action.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Master Strengthscope practitioner and licensed MBTI and TMS practitioner, Sarah draws on a number of different tools to enable deeper insight and meaningful change for her clients. She has a particular interest in a strengths based approach to enabling change, career, leadership and work life balance topics. Sarah has a postgraduate diploma in management studies and is completing an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change.
