Sarah joined a large utility company as a graduate trainee, and quickly progressed to management level. During this time she studied for a Diploma in Management Studies, and built a strong reputation in the Business Change arena, enabling transformative change across the business. It was here that Sarah developed her facilitation skills successfully enabling teams and individuals to navigate the politics involved in cultural and business integration.
After a career break Sarah retrained as an executive coach to do a job she loves, helping others make transformative change that sticks. Sarah set up her own coaching practise in 2013 working with mid-senior level professionals, typically looking to make a career and/or lifestyle change. She is passionate about helping individuals realise their potential, to enable personal and professional growth, clarity of purpose, conscious choice and purposeful action.
In January 2016, Sarah joined Henley Careers as a Careers Consultant supporting Executive MBA students. She is responsible for the design and delivery of the Executive MBA Careers, Leadership and Professional Development Programme, providing one to one career coaching and experiential workshops as part of the MBA curriculum. As an experienced facilitator, master Strengthscope practitioner, and licensed MBTI & TMS practitioner, she is able to draw on a number of different tools to enable engaging and experiential learning in a group environment as well as one to one. She has a particular interest in professional development, leadership and work life balance topics.
