Sara Masoud is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour.

Sara's research explores discrimination in the workplace, specifically in the Arab region.

Her teaching responsibilities involve delivering lectures at undergraduate and postgraduate level, including direct involvement in curriculum planning, implementation and programme administration, along with conducting assessments and evaluations to students. She plays a lead role in both departmental and faculty seminars, working groups and committees by promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and information sharing across research activities.

Sara's qualifications include an MBA in 2009 and a BA in Accounting in 2002, both from Qatar University, Qatar.
