Suzanne Lines is a Lecturer in Coaching at Henley Business School and a member of the Henley Centre for Coaching. She has over 25 years of global business development experience working to Board level with FTSE 50 and entrepreneurial companies internationally.

Suzanne brings a depth of business and commercial experience working across sectors and geography with clients from the FTSE 50, professional partnerships, the military, finance and investment, pharma, third sector and FMCG industries. Working internationally with strategic leaders and their teams since 2000, Suzanne designs and delivers bespoke leadership programmes with a focus on personal leadership and top team performance. She also supports organisations in the strategic development of client relationships and issues of conflict and change.

Suzanne was co-founder of Abamentis Limited, deputy chair of Windsor Leadership's Chair and Facilitators Executive and a regular facilitator for their strategic leadership programmes. Suzanne is a Master Certified Coach MCC, accredited coach supervisor and trained mediator.

In addition to working towards her Certification as a Transactional Analyst (Organisational field), Suzanne has interpreted for an English Supervisor TSTA (education) and their Italian PTSTA (education) as he works towards his TSTA. She has translated TA chapters from French and Italian to English for a TA book (educational field) and has contributed chapters on coach supervision and coaching techniques for publication.
