Marjia completed her MSc In Financial Management from University of Hull, UK in 2011 and joined as a Lecturer at North South University, Bangladesh. During her work at North South University she got involved in projects related to Bangladeshi capital market.
While searching for topics for her PhD, she got interested in sustainability and real estate valuation. Her research is based in UK real estate market and valuers. She will be studying UK valuers to understand sustainability from their perspective. Marjia’s research will also try to find how much of typical sustainability is considered into UK valuation process.
