  • Quantified Self: A critical analysis of consumption practices in self-tracking technology

Sylvian Patrick Jesudoss is a Doctoral Researcher in Marketing and Reputation at the Henley Business School, University of Reading.

His research aims to explain why people quantify their lives in the context of self-tracking technologies like fitness trackers, diet trackers, sleep trackers etc.

His other research interests include consumer culture theory, digital sociology and ethics in marketing.

Sylvian has more than ten years of experience in Digital Marketing in both B2B and B2C companies in India including The Hindu Group, Zoho etc., and managed small to medium sized digital marketing teams in these positions.

He is a quizzer and quiz master and has done more than 100 shows in India. He has been blogging on movies and marketing since 2007.
