Wendy Suganda is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour.

Wendy's research interests cover the specialisms of employee engagement, team leadership, functional leadership, multilevel theory and temporal dynamics.

In 2016 he obtained an MBA from the School of Business and Management at the Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia, and in 2009 he earned his BSc in Food Science from the Ohio State University, USA.
