William McKee is a Lecturer in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School. He teaches on the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC) and is the module leader for the online version of this programme.

William has over ten years' experience facilitating people development programmes at executive level. Over the last decade William has worked across the UK and Middle East developing and delivering people development programmes for a wide range of public, private and third sector businesses and organisations.

Starting his professional career as a civil engineer, William quickly became interested in the people side of business and organisations. Now working as a learning facilitator, consultant and executive coach, he is a qualified business psychologist with an MSc in the Psychology of Work, a member of the Association for Business Psychology (ABP), an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and holds a Certificate in Systemic and Team Coaching with the Academy of Executive Coaching. Additionally, he is an alumnus of Henley Business School's Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching programme and is completing an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change.

With a strong commitment to evidence based practice, William has been a member of the Centre for Evidence Based Management (CEBMa) for several years and holds CEBMa’s Certificate in Evidence Based Management. In a similar vein he is qualified through Cambridge University’s Psychometrics Centre to the British Psychological Society's (BPS) Psychometric Test User Register, specialising in the 'Big Five' as an approach to personality.
