We focus specifically on executive education and developing high potentials in the HR profession - people who realistically aspire to senior HRD roles (i.e. we do not provide resources for entry level HR / basic skills building).

Open programmes

The Advanced HR Business Partner Programme

This 3 day programme gives senior HR managers the capability to understand their business drivers and then develop their HR agenda to support and extend the overall business strategy.

Bespoke programmes

We work with organisations to design programmes tailored to their specific needs. Typically these are designed to develop individual and organisational HR capability. They may be targeted at specific areas of HR (OD, Talent) or at developing individuals at particular stages of their careers (mid career, high potential). This work can be complemented by input from our world-class coaching Faculty The Henley Centre for Coaching & Behavioural Change.

Consultancy

We work on a wide range of HR consultancy projects. Typically we have supported organisations as they introduce new processes or go through major transition.

In the area of psychometrics, we employ qualified psychologists to help design assessment and development events and can provide independent advice on usage of specific instruments.
