Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour, led by Professor Andrew Godley, is one of six academic areas within Henley Business School at the University of Reading.
For over 10 years we have stood at the forefront of teaching and research in leadership, organisations and behaviour. We continue to help define the research agenda in the fields of leadership, knowledge management, human resources, organisation studies and entrepreneurship.
We are home to two of the world's premier research centres in entrepreneurship and knowledge management, the Henley Centre for Entrepreneurship and the Knowledge Management Forum. More recently we have established the Centre for Leadership Research and the Centre for Social and Organisational Studies. In addition we have an applied research centre with active membership from a wide range of international leading companies: the Centre of HR Excellence. See further information on our research.
Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour contributes to the full range of Henley Business School's offering, including undergraduate and postgraduate Masters programmes, the world-renowned Henley MBA and its executive programmes. We also provide PhD opportunities and funding for high quality doctoral candidates from all over the world, wanting to conduct full-time postgraduate research in Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour. In addition, we provide a highly sought after DBA programme for those in employment at senior positions.
High quality teaching focuses on critical developments in leadership, organisations and behaviour and the way in which organisations adapt to and manage these. See further information on our programmes and teaching.
