Marketing & Reputation

Marketing and Reputation is one of six academic areas within the Henley Business School. We offer academic leadership and practitioner expertise in the fields of strategic marketing, customer management, digital marketing and reputation management.


Our research agenda is directed by our two applied research centres, the John Madejski Centre for Reputation and the Henley Centre for Customer Management, and by the Governance & Leadership group - all of which work with high profile member organisations to provide both academic thought-leadership and, at the same time, practical application of our current thinking in order to provide relevance to management today.


We contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate Masters programmes, the world-renowned Henley MBA and Executive Education programmes. We also provide PhD opportunities and funding for high quality doctoral candidates from all over the world. We also work, both in the UK and internationally, with clients such as Deutsche Telekom, ING Bank, AVIC and Shell.

The Learning Experience

We adopt an eclectic mix of teaching and learning methods. Our approach is always to integrate theory into practice and to ensure that students and participants benefit from hands-on, practical application within their learning. We work with speakers from a range of organisations and industries to provide real-world exposure.
