Marketing and Reputation, led by Professor Adrian Palmer, is one of six academic areas within Henley Business School at the University of Reading.
Henley has a strong heritage in the twin disciplines of strategic marketing and reputation management, and in matters relating to governance and leadership. The Marketing and Reputation faculty offer expertise across a diverse range of contemporary topics that challenge managers. Our aim is to provide both academic thought-leadership and, at the same time, practical application of our current thinking in order to provide relevance to management today.
We offer academic leadership and practitioner expertise in the fields of strategic marketing, customer management, digital marketing and reputation management. Our research agenda is directed by our two applied research centres, the John Madejski Centre for Reputation and the Henley Centre for Customer Management, and by the Governance & Leadership group. Within Marketing and Reputation we contribute to Henley Business School's distinctive undergraduate and postgraduate Masters programmes, the world-renowned Henley MBA and its executive programmes. We also provide PhD opportunities and funding for high quality doctoral candidates from all over the world, wanting to conduct full-time postgraduate research in Marketing and Reputation and related topics.
